"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chelsea Pines. It was a truly unique experience, and the rooms had a nostalgic feel. The location was perfect for our visit, as everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The check-in staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. Quick disclaimer: there are no elevators! We had to take the stairs to our fourth-floor room, which we found amusing. "

"My cousin and I stayed at the Belvedere for our birthday month trip in Nov 2025. Getting to New York was disastrous, as we got caught up in the multitude of flight cancellations when both airports shut down due to a shortage of air traffic controllers. We ended up checking in the next day at 4:30 am! The front desk customer service personnel were so sympathetic! They gave us a very nice updated room on the 16th floor with a stunning city view!
