"This was the smallest Hampton Inn room we've ever stayed in (we stay at Hapmton very often). There was no space for luggage. The bathroom had no place to put our toiletries. I could barely fit between the foot of the bed and the wall. The elevator system was designed to incur maximum frustration to the guest. We often had to wait for 15 to 20 minutes and 5 or six elevators to go down since they were always packed when the doors opened on our floor. On the day we were checking out it was even...

"The nicest part of this hotel was the lobby and location other wise mid. The elevators were limited and slow. The AC in our room was outdated and did not cool. We got in late and the next morning a housekeeper knocked on our door at 9am and when we told her we did not need her services she insisted on us opening the door to give us towels. We had enough towels. We put the do not disturb door plaque and did not use housekeeping services for the rest of our stay. The sheet and the shower curtain...

"They charge a resort fee that was never disclosed. What’s surprising is that there isn’t actually a resort on the property, just an old gym. They also charge guests to store their luggage on the day of departure, which is something I’ve never encountered before. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful."

"Amazing stay in a very convenient part of town. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well managed. No issues at all. Bathroom and room were clean and well stocked. They have a separate luggage room for your luggage if you check in early and want to walk around before you can actually check in. Pricing in the little grocery snack area was very reasonable. Everyone was nice and professional. Highly recommend this hotel especially for the price."
