"I was very disappointed because of many things specially about the conditions of the bedrooms. I had a PH terrace 2 bedroom and not even had cute tips or cottons, the sofa and chairs were dirty and very old, even the housekeeper told us to get out of the room so she can clean it. She even said doesn’t understand why people go to NYC to sleep!!! Horrible experience at the restaurant and room service!!"

"The property is dated from the lobby to the hallways. I would say this is more of a 3 star property trying to be a 4 star. I arrived at 3:20 and had to wait for my room at 4pm. I was pleasantly surprised that I was upgraded and it was a nice large corner room. The room itself was ok however the banging downstairs on the street was terrible. "Our room was spacious with a good amount of space to put our belongings into the closet and dresser drawers. Loved the microwave that allowed us to warm up food and drinks. It was convenient to various eating establishments and a sundry store that allowed us to purchase things on the run.
