"Catherine contacted me immediately that the studio I had rented was not available but that we could have the adjacent house instead. She moved heaven and earth to make sure we had a king bed ( which is what we wanted). She was very attentive and accommodating. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this East Dover VT home! It was quaint, cozy, and had plenty of space for our family of four to relax comfortably. The location was perfect—an easy drive to the ski mountains and into West Dover for dining and errands. The house was well set up for a family getaway, and everything was exactly as described. "Such a cool spot! It was really great to unwind and be off the grid. The yurt was super comfortable and the instructions provided by the owner were spot on and super helpful. We will definitely be staying again! WiFi and signal was very limited inside the yurt, but honestly that ended up being part of the appeal."

"We had a terrible experience with this rental. Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation.
Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most.
And if you don't mind a shower with lukewarm water and no water pressure. Also half the lightbulbs not working. Room had used...
