Nestled in the quiet hills above Dover and just a 12 minute drive from the Carinthia Base Lodge at Mount Snow, this spacious pet-friendly 4-bedroom home (sleeping a total of 8 in 5 beds) with 2 full bathrooms offers plenty of room for groups, families, and their four-legged friends to unwind.

Inside, the living room features vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and warm natural wood throughout, creating a true mountain-lodge feel. Gather around the wood-burning fireplace, curl up on the oversized sectional, or relax after a day on the mountain. Enjoy seamless streaming and remote work with 1 Gig fiber optic wireless internet, plus smart flat screen Roku TVs in every bedroom as well as in the great room and game room.

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for easy, shared meals. All bathrooms have been recently renovated with crisp finishes, modern tile, and a deep soaking tub perfect for après-ski relaxation.

Head to the lower level to enjoy the newly furnished game room, complete with a pool table, shuffleboard and board games—a favorite hangout space for both kids and adults.

Step outside to the deck to breathe in the fresh mountain air, soak in the private 8 person hot tub, or unwind in the newly installed 6 person barrel sauna for a spa-like experience. The deck also features a BBQ grill for easy outdoor cooking. Down in the yard, you’ll find a fire pit surrounded by 8 Adirondack chairs giving you the perfect place to gather under the stars.

Throughout the home, fresh flooring, updated decor, and thoughtful touches make every space inviting. A spacious entryway/mudroom includes cubbies for boots and storage for skis and boards, allowing you to keep your gear organized. Access to our oversized garage ensures you won’t have to clear snow off your car in winter.

March skiing at Mount Snow offers a prime mix of deep winter coverage and warmer, sunny, "spring-forward" conditions, often providing some of the best, most consistent snow of the season.

Besides a locked cleaner's closet and an unfinished room above the garage, the entire home and surrounding 1+ acre are available for your use and enjoyment!

Other details to note:

★ A maximum of 8 guests are allowed in the home. No parties or events please.

★ We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler's insurance if added flexibility is desired.

★ In the winter, expect snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with All-wheel drive (AWD) or Four-wheel drive (4WD). Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.

★ You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears at the property. Please refrain from leaving food and trash outside.

★ Please send us a message if you’d like to bring your dog. Well-behaved dogs are welcomed, by request, with a $100 fee per pet for the entire stay. We provide dog beds, a dog crate, waste bags and pet towels. We use only pet safe ice melt (salt and chloride-free formulas) on walkways and deck/patio.

★ No smoking or vaping permitted on the property.
