Old North End

"The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get."

"Less than 5 minutes to my cousin's home for the family reunion, allowing us to leave the dogs in the cool space during the oppressive heat and making it easy to pop "home" and check on the dogs every 2 hours during the day. Nice back yard for walking our elder doggies. Comfortable living area. Kitchenette more than met our needs. This is the first year we were able to spend time with other out-of-town family members (rather than doing the reunion as a day trip, with 3 hour drives each way). This...

"NO HEAT, NO LAUNDRY, NO HELP, NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION. The first evening we arrived the heat would not come on in the apartment. Communication was only provided by texts through Expedia and 3 requests for help were not answered. We ended up heating the apartment with the oven door open and a box fan. The temperature outside was 42 degrees F in the morning. That day while we were away someone came and turned on the heat and entered our apartment and turned the thermostat down. Because a laundry...

"I had an amazing time at the Riverside Tiny House. This was my first time staying in a tiny home so I didn't think about the sleeping loft area only having space to lay down until we got th. We quickly got used to it so really, it was not a big deak in the end. We didn't end up using the amenities but we checked out the cool treehouse sauna and walked by the cute and cozy fire pit"

"The only positives of the property is its size and location. Property not clean and left after an issue with some sort of flies swarming in one of the bedrooms. Expedia was informed of cleanliness issues after check in and would supposedly inform host. Never heard from host until after they were informed of check out immediately after issue with flies. I certainly would not recommend staying there."
