"I’ve stayed at this property numerous times and never had an issue or complaint until this time. The hall on first floor had an odor as well as the room. The room hadn’t been vacuumed under / around pull out couch. When I unfolded it I found pieces of cigarettes. Toilets seat needed replacing on. Shower was not as clean as normal. Great a/c Easy parking Great location to all attractions"

"Our room was nice, there was no Continental breakfast, outdoor pool was filled in with dirt and grass, the ice machine and pop machine were broken, the clerk/ housekeeper, was the only person we saw the week we were there. No extra towels, never offered commadation for things that were not available to us when it was advertised on the site. Clerk/housekeeper never asked us how are stay was or offered us if we needed something. The only problems in the room was the dresser/ TV stand was broke...

"Room was good. Beds were awesome. Bathroom was very clean. Only complaint carpet was very dirty and has old cigarette burns in it. Front desk ladies were very pleasant and helpful. Will most likely be back."
