"I’ve stayed at this property numerous times and never had an issue or complaint until this time. The hall on first floor had an odor as well as the room. The room hadn’t been vacuumed under / around pull out couch. When I unfolded it I found pieces of cigarettes. Toilets seat needed replacing on. Shower was not as clean as normal. Great a/c Easy parking Great location to all attractions"

"This is my third time staying at this property and each time we found flying insects in the room. Once we brought our own insect light. One more thing that may influence my staying there again since the overall amenities are outdated."

"Relax Inn was just what we wanted for a stay in Bryson City. It was small and cozy with everything we needed and obviously had been updated with a great shower, very comfortable bed, and great WIFI/TV service. We were within walking distance of downtown and the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. If we'd had more time, we would definitely have made use of the rocking chairs outside our door while drinking coffee. We would definitely stay here again if and when in Bryson City."

"We had a wonderful and relaxing time here. This b&b is tucked away from the hustle of town while still being conveniently located. The grounds are lovely to walk around, and we enjoyed seeing the various animals that live nearby. Toni is a wonderful host to the guests and really made all the difference in our stay. "The inn was quaint and quiet. It was set up beautifully for being in Bryson City. The room was clean and spacious. Very comfy feeling. The breakfast every morning was delicious and had many options to choose from that would cater to all types of dietary needs. We added another day to our stay at the last minute and the inn was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The driveway has a hill that was a little tricky with our trailer but able to accommodate even our motorcycle. We will book...

Not only was that embarrassing but they also lectured us on if we need a service animal we need them always. We were there for a concert and it was raining so we left her one night.3hrs. "A very nice property and clean. Expected more of the continental breakfast menu. Was used to bacon, sausage and eggs at other hotels we’ve stayed in. Still waiting for our receipt, counter person said we’ll receive it on email. Said they don’t have that option when it’s 3rd party booking."

"It was a decent stay, the thing that was bothersome was at night you really notice how loud the ac unit is plus you can hear the one above your window too. Its off the main strip but convenient to everything. We would probably stay again."
