​While the staff worked hard during our stay, there were a few significant setbacks. Unfortunately, only one employee was assigned to cover both the front desk and housekeeping. Because of this, our 4:00 PM check-in was delayed by several hours, and we weren't able to get into our room until around 6:00 or 7:00 PM. Additionally, the next morning we discovered critters in our bedsheets. We strongly recommend a deep, thorough cleaning of the rooms and furniture before hosting future guests.

Carpet looks like it is 50 years old and never been cleaned. The room had broken furniture. The AC didn’t work, and the “white towels” were badly stained. There was also someone smoking marijuana outside their room and we had to walk part it to get in and out of our room. Bed was okay but there were not enough pillows and the ones they did have were almost completely flat. Location is very convenient. Parking is sketchy and there is literally a hole big enough to fall in in the parking lot.

For the price, it was an excellent accommodation! Only issue was consistent Hot water for multiple showers. Bathroom faucet was loosely connected to the sink but worked just fine. Host was very nice and hard working. She was running the front desk as well as cleaning rooms. Room was large and nicely decorated, too.

This has to be the worst place to stay in Gatlinburg. The first room we were assigned had food embedded into the light switches in the bathroom and on the wall next to the mirror. The bed had some... "Interesting" stains on the blanket and sheets. We requested a clean room or refund. The second room was cleaner by comparison but still dirty. The fridge was loud and wasn't even cold. And the fans in the bathroom make metallic scraping sounds. The fixtures were also loose and not well attached to the sink. It's a disgusting place and even if they paid you to stay here, you shouldn't.

They were no towels we had two dish towels to dry with with room air wasn't very cool even though we had it on HI. wash cloth very poor guiltyand I hated that just wasn't cozy room that I thought it was going to be just not for me. THE bed was ok

We went to the room after we checked in and it had a bad smell in it and ask for a refund and she said they probably wouldn't give us one the clane lady was the one doing the checked in we left and just came back the carpet was nasty looking

I rented two rooms. overnite. One room had a really bad smell, and a dirty stained carpet. Needed carpet fresh,glade plug ins and little trees car air refreshers to neutralize stinky smell.Next room had a clean carpet and not as stinky as the other.Bed was comfortable and clean,super big pillows,however,No bedbugs were detected.Towels were wafer thin,more like dish towels, bring your own towels and floor and air refreshers. Very hard to see hotel because signage is poor and unlit.Air conditioner worked well.Great view of adjacent hotel and parking lot. One overwhelmed lady doing everything.Management definitely needs to step up their game. I'm Glad it was only one overnite stay.
