"I love this place! We were only here for 2 days, but we will definitely come back! The rooms are clean, the staff were super friendly, the beds are comfortable and the ac is ice cold!! The bad… no coffee maker in the room and the kitchen doesn’t open until 7… unfortunately we are early risers. There was a soft moldy spot in the bathroom ceiling (about the size of a softbal) that was a bit gross, but we could overlook it. All in all.. we loved the place"

"I was excited to stay at this location again due to the location and cleanliness of last time I stayed. This time I checked in late dropped off our stuff. Room smelled wet and didn’t think much as we were trying to enjoy the day since we were just passing by. We returned late and turn ac off since it got chilly to only smell and overwhelming smell of urine and figured it was the loose toilet only to pin point the smell to be between the 2 queen beds this was at about close to midnight and way...

"Very good location to access Gatlinburg downtown walking. Parking is difficult but manageable. Good supportive staff."

"The two tier pool is mainly for kids if you’re an adult forget about it unless you enjoying wading. The toilets squeal when flushed, when the adjoining room showered it had a large screeching sound in our room and the water pressure was ok not great. Air conditioner was as loud as the shower and toilet so luckily they drowned each other out. Breakfast was ok kind of expensive for options given make sure to check your bill they add a service charge also there’s no pancakes unless the chef feels...

"The desk staff was awesome. Some minor outdoor issues with older broken down chairs that need removed or replaced. The location was great. Close to town but still out of the hustle and bustle. The calming creek area was fabulous and enjoyed by us each day. Would definitely return there to stay"

"Walkable to Anakeesta so you avoid the $20 parking. I went to Anakeesta when it opened to do the mountain coasters and zipline. Then down the mountain for a break at the inn in the afternoon. Back to Anakeesta for the Astra Lumina in the evening. The room was clean. The balcony with the creek below was great."

"There isn't the community center that was advertised but other than that it was great. With such an amazing location and access to the free trolly system we had an amazing time."

"We stayed in room 365 from 7/4-7/6. Immediately upon entry I inspect beds at all lodging as a precaution, and comforter had what appeared to be a dirty footprint from someone’s shoe almost right in the middle, unsure if it was just residual pigment from a washed out stain. This room also has a SEVERE ant problem we quickly found out after my boyfriend’s snack was FULL of them 4 hours later. They seemed to come from around the AC unit to the right of the dinner table.
