"We had great time at this hotel. It’s very close to Parkway and you can walk everywhere instead of driving in the traffic. Also, you can get to the hotel using backway to avoid traffic coming and going. There’s a pancake house just few minutes away and it was great homemade food. The hotel was very pretty during holidays. The staff and front desk were very nice and helpful. The pool was great with separate area for kids vs adults. "Hotel is clean and our room was in good order. Everything worked and our stay was pleasant. The only complaint I would have was we were on the 5th floor and the ice machine does not work. However, a short ride to the fourth floor and the problem was solved. Overall, a really good place to stay and recommend the Hilton Garden Gatlinburg."
