"I’ve stayed at this property numerous times and never had an issue or complaint until this time. The hall on first floor had an odor as well as the room. The room hadn’t been vacuumed under / around pull out couch. When I unfolded it I found pieces of cigarettes. Toilets seat needed replacing on. Shower was not as clean as normal. Not only was that embarrassing but they also lectured us on if we need a service animal we need them always. We were there for a concert and it was raining so we left her one night.3hrs. "Beds were clean but the hotel was very outdated, sink faucet was broken in our room, toilet tank lid didn't fit, lights around the pool weren't working, and a lot of very poorly patched holes in the walls."

"I enjoyed my stay a lot. The room was clean and it was very quiet. I was in the room downstairs but did not hear any footsteps or noise from upstairs, or next door. I am a very light sleeper so having a quiet room was important to me. Water pressure was good, staff was helpful and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay again!"
