"The cabin is beautiful and very clean. Very close to Gatlinburg. I would recommend bringing a fan for the upstairs loft room- it was significantly hotter up there than the downstairs. I would recommend checking the appliances when you arrive. We realized on Tue that the dryer wasn’t working. Contacted the host and they did get their own maintenance guy out that afternoon- he said he would get the appliance guy out ASAP. I inquired again on Wednesday if they knew when that might be- the response...

"This place was wonderful, and my family really enjoyed our stay! The property itself was great, and once we were checked in, everything went very smoothly.
My only issue was with the check-in process. For some reason, the email containing the passcode and check-in instructions went to my spam folder, so I did not see that there was a strict check-in window from 4:00–6:00 p.m. That part was my fault, since the email did clearly state the check-in time.
Unfortunately, we got stuck in standstill...

"Carpet looks like it is 50 years old and never been cleaned. The room had broken furniture.
The AC didn’t work, and the “white towels” were badly stained. There was also someone smoking marijuana outside their room and we had to walk part it to get in and out of our room. Bed was okay but there were not enough pillows and the ones they did have were almost completely flat. Location is very convenient. Parking is sketchy and there is literally a hole big enough to fall in in the parking...

"Amazing Cabin. Very clean, quiet and beautiful. The TVs were preloaded with some accessible apps. The views were amazing and the hot tub was great.
My family had a great time.
The drive up was a little steep and the driveway is somewhat awkwardly shaped. The hosts ask guests to strip beds, run the dishwasher, take out the trash and adjust the thermostat.
The one thing that I was less than impressed was the presence of a tip envelope. I’m not sure if the owners know this is placed in the...
