"This is my third time staying at this property and each time we found flying insects in the room. Once we brought our own insect light. One more thing that may influence my staying there again since the overall amenities are outdated."

"The inn was quaint and quiet. It was set up beautifully for being in Bryson City. The room was clean and spacious. Very comfy feeling. The breakfast every morning was delicious and had many options to choose from that would cater to all types of dietary needs. We added another day to our stay at the last minute and the inn was extremely responsive and easy to work with. "I’ve stayed at this property numerous times and never had an issue or complaint until this time. The hall on first floor had an odor as well as the room. The room hadn’t been vacuumed under / around pull out couch. When I unfolded it I found pieces of cigarettes. Toilets seat needed replacing on. Shower was not as clean as normal. "A very nice property and clean. Expected more of the continental breakfast menu. Was used to bacon, sausage and eggs at other hotels we’ve stayed in. Still waiting for our receipt, counter person said we’ll receive it on email. Said they don’t have that option when it’s 3rd party booking."

"We requested a room with microwave, refrigerator, shower and a king size bed and our request was granted all. Everything was very comfortable and our car was parked close to our window. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you make a reservation between Monday-Thursday the rates are very reasonable. We were a couple of blocks away from the casino also. Also if you make a reservation directly on their website when you finalize your payment you get an automatic 15% discount. We will be going back...
