"When we walked in the room smelled terrible, there were dead roaches. The water ran brown. However, I went to the front desk and asked for another room. She was so nice and apologizing. She got us a different room that was cleaner. "

"Very convenient and budget friendly hotel for visiting Bryson City area. Desk clerk very accommodating to motorcycle riders, directed us to parking where bike would be visible from room, which is important!! Hot breakfast was good. We are local travelers and will be back soon. "

"We had a wonderful and relaxing time here. This b&b is tucked away from the hustle of town while still being conveniently located. The grounds are lovely to walk around, and we enjoyed seeing the various animals that live nearby. Toni is a wonderful host to the guests and really made all the difference in our stay. The breakfasts were hearty and delicious. We never left hungry and you could really tell that everything was very fresh. Another visitor was vegan and was accommodated, which I felt...

"The bathroom shower was covered in mold . Just not what we expected. Nice little motel with great location just needs cleaned and freshly painted!! Take up the nasty carpet ! Won’t be back !!"

"This motel is in a great location for walking around Bryson City. The staff that we interacted with were kind and helpful. Our room was good with enough space to move around and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was relatively updated but kind of small and I can't imagine a larger person being able to get into the shower. And there was no way to just have the light on without the noisy fan. All in all though it was a good affordable place to stay while we explored the area."

"Close to restaurants and shopping. Great Smokey Mountain Railroad Train Depot about a 2 minute drive from their parking lot. The staff is AMAZING! They give you options for your breakfast and serve it exactly the way you want it. The homemade blueberry bread is delicious. You will get a tour of the grounds as soon as you arrive. The rooms are very clean. The whole place is very charming. I highly recommend. "

"Restaurant could use to go minus, water in shower and sink did not get hot, on high it was just warm. Room was nice but could use a deep clean due to some cobwebs and dest in out of the way places. Staff at the front desk were awesome! Pool area was crazy with kids not being supervised. Both night of our stay the hot tub was full of 12 and under unsupervised children. Parents do a better job....."

"Room was nice, good parking, all I can really say it’s just sketch. There’s never any worker at the front desk, the only reason I got into my hotel is because some dude went up to us and gave us a number to get into the room. There was a hole in the roof of our showers. The beds are pretty nice. It’s a very easy walk to down town."
