"No communication between front desk and managers. When we arrived they said there was no hot* water. I told them it was okay as long as there was cold water. I didn’t mind showering with cold water.
Once checked in, there was no water at all. Couldn’t brush my teeth. Use the toilet nor take a shower because of that issue. The older gentleman with long hair, I believe his name was George, was not helpful at all. Thank God Rachel was there in the morning during checkout, she was amazing and...

"What a beautiful hotel! We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel restaurant each morning. Choices were varied and everything was freshly made to order. The room was clean and tidy. The medium sized outdoor pool was very nice. It had a beautiful view, especially at night when things were lit up. Valet parking was expensive in my opinion however we could come and go without paying additionally. We enjoyed the seating area near the bar. It was convenient to watch the World Cup games on the big screen one...
