"Exactly what a boutique B&B should be. Exceptional service - great location- we had the balcony room with a view of the beach- would highly recommend the upgrade. Short walk to town & harbour area. Accurately listed on expedia. Thoughtfully decorated - loved the elclectic book selection in the room . Breakfast just fabulous. Jonathan was a great host - very helpful with restaurant recommendations and things to do. Made for a great anniversary weekend."

"Very friendly staff rooms clean light bright breakfast nice served quickly but if you have any mobility issues not the place to stay lots of stairs I would say it's more of a pub with b&b accomadation not a hotel but overall no problems everything ticked the boxes & close to everything seafront short walk away very good for train station & buses & taxi office 2 doors up lots of convenience stores around "

"My experience with the hotel was beyond expectations. From the moment we walked in to the day we checked out. The couple who runs it were there to greet us, the next morning they prep us our individual breakfast suitable for our needs. Steph who works there was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Rooms weee super clean with fresh towels and amenities daily . Highly recommend this hotel anyone travelling with family specially small children . Beach front location .. 👌"
