"1 Star not 4, out dated, really bad smells from the room and corridors, like a run down old people home, staff on reception rude, check in and check out, really amazed that it says it’s 4 star. Worse than a episode of faulty towers."

"Needs a huge face lift to modernise the hotel. So unnecessarily out-dated. But the staff other than one were exceptional especial in the reception. Special shoot out to Mariana! Very willing to help and advise and with a smile too."
