"Everything perfect. Nikki and Eddie were lovely and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable with fans which were welcome with the warm weather. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and it was lovely. Just across from the beach, couldn't ask for better and we would definitely stay there again."

"Fantastic location ...a few minutes walk from train station and 5mins to huge car park that is free from 6pm to 8am. Really good breakfast...best I've had for ages...food was piping hot and staff were happy to top up juice, tea etc & bring anything more we wanted. Much nicer than fighting at a buffet! Can't recommend this place more highly... we're going back!"

Lovely couple running it, super friendly, attentive and determined that my stay is as perfect as it could be. This is hotel accomodation at its best. "Fue un poco diferente a lo esperado, la habitación era minuscula, desde ventana solo veiamos el tejado del bar y teniamos la salida de humos delante. Habia arañas por todas partes, la cama se inclinava hacia el cabezero. Tuvimos que dormir en los pies. De los pies de la cama a la paret habia 10 cm. Con mucha humedad. Es un lugar para nada recomendable. El almuerzo era acceptable. "

"This is a good value option in Lyme Regis. The building is old but quite well maintained. The ensuite was very good and quite large. The bed was comfortable. The gentleman at book in was very good and very helpful with dining options in the town. All round I would certainly stay here again."
