"Nice welcome from Yas. Room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. A/C in room was much appreciated. Tea, coffee making facilities and welcome biscuits a nice touch. Staff friendly. Free parking is available on 1st come basis with 5 slots available, otherwise it's street parking nearby. Only downside of our allocated 1st floor room was being at front of property and road traffic noise wasn't great for sleeping. Good location for walking to town centre and local amenities."

"Bit of an issue getting into the property as we arrived quite late but thought the pub would still be open. Sorted out quickly without a problem though. Room was really good, comfortable, clean with all we needed for a good night's sleep. Owner seems to have considered what was required really well. Breakfast was excellent & catered for all tastes. Staff friendly & helpful. Would stay again."

"We were in room 3 which was huge, it comprised of a small sitting room, bathroom and large bedroom. Bed was very comfortable, room spotless, tv in both sitting room and bedroom. Small fridge in the sitting room with milk and chilled water which was very welcome as it was extremely hot. Breakfast was lovely, good portions, and all the staff were fantastic. "Great location - walking distance to town centre for shops and restaurants and cafes - short drive to beach. Had a takeaway from the Thai restaurant - very good Accommodation was very comfortable and hosts very friendly. Breakfast was put out for us to help ourselves in the pottery shop each morning and was a good start to the day with fresh fruit and croissants. Reliable WiFi we were able to watch Wimbledon with no problems. All in all a delightful stay and would definitely stay again."
