"Lovely hotel in a great location. Very friendly and welcoming, lovely and clean.so nice to have a hotel that provides conditioner as well as shampoo! Also tea and hot chocolate with biscuits. Really close to lovely cafes for breakfast as well as the beach and harbour, very quiet for the location Only thing odd was hotels.com send an email saying never give money and then the hotel sent an email asking for a bank transfer deposit to a personal account (not the name of the hotel). "Anyone who has stayed here before will certainly be a return! the place is spotless, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the location is awesome, our room was a sea view room with a spy glass which my daughter used instead of her telescope and we both had the most amazing stay. We will definitely return!"

"Very central. Amazing location. Comfortable bed. Beautiful sitting room with amazing view. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful owners proprietors who live on property. Love the other guests. If I ever go back to this area this would be where I would stay. "

"The property is tastefully decorated in great condition and extremely clean and tidy. We street parked during our stay with no issues with a parking pass from our amazing host Maxine. Our stay wouldn’t have been the same without her , went above and beyond to make our experience of Weymouth the best it could be starting the day with a delicious breakfast and the go too’s and must sees of what the area had to offer. Booking anywhere else would be a waste of money… this is the place it Stands...

"We were warmly welcomed and given the keys early, and able to drop our bags off, so we could come back when the room was ready and let ourselves in. The room was small but had two chairs by the window which was lovely for looking out at the beach whilst enjoying a cup of tea in the morning. The fridge was great for keeping drinks cool and being able to use fresh milk was a bonus. Breakfast was very good and the cooked breakfast ingredients were of a high quality. "

"Host was super friendly. Location good for walking to town and to Portland. Not a cooked breakfast but one you helped yourself to with lots of choice - this suited us better."

"Great room, friendly staff, lively pub/venue downstairs with live music, great location with very close walking distance to the harbour & only around a 10min walk from the beach, right opposite a JD Weatherspoons (if that's your kind of thing!). I would happily stay there again 🙂!"

"We only stayed the one night but would have no qualms about staying again. The family room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Best of all were the staff who were all very helpful and welcoming."

"Lovely old style pub with beams with a stream set in a valley leading to the beach just relaxing peaceful beautiful setting lovely for a couple to stay which we were rooms was lovely very cosy and homely feel super clean lovely bed just such a nice experience with a included breakfast traditional and continental which was locally produced ingredients xx"

"Got a family room (5people) with sea view which was freshly renovated clean and spacious. Newly furnished, new comfy mattresses large winfow facing the sea. Bathroom freshly renovated and modern with shower cubicle. The pictures in the listing were taken before renovation and doesn't do the justice. I was impressed with the room. Parking at the back of the property tight but available. Pool table, darts and evening entertainment in the basement. Pleasant stay just staff running around and hard...
