"The property was great. My only complaint is that after a certain time the stores on the property close. I woke at 3 in the morning with a migraine. I go down stairs and ask the front desk if there was anywhere that I can get something to drink and something for a headache because I was in serious pain. She said no and that the store wouldn’t be open until 7 in the morning and went back to doing what she was doing. No empathy or anything. I had to wait 4 hours in pain until the store...

"Property is a strange hybrid of a VRBO and hotel, no daily cleaning service and early check out time. Overall plenty of space at reasonable cost, clean but some wear and tear. We has some maintenance issues at home; House was at 58 degrees when we arrived and A/C was still running. We turned to OFF, and then tried to get heat to kick on, but it never would. Texted management, which jumped on it the next day, but left it in heating mode to 80 which again would not shut off. We just turned off the...

"Not much variety but all the same yumm food, no kitchen access for the public, Awesome staff...really good to me. No shuttle and my Uber canceled last minute and know im having to camp at the airport for two days!! Not hotels fault as they were trying to help me.... very grateful, overal 5 stars from me."

"Pros: Location is great for Disney. 5-15 mins max to all parks. Free parking, free breakfast. Inexpensive rates so we didn’t anticipate much. Cons: hotel is pretty run down. You can hear everything while trying to sleep. Housekeeping is non-existent. 3 night stay and zero housekeeping. "

"The staff and very nice, check in was easy, got lost getting to my room but that was my confusion. Staff pointed me in the right direction. Downfall was my coffee pot was not cleaned (previous person old coffee pack was still in the pot). Will stay again "
