Nice staff, but hotel policy should be written to warn future guests that their 3pm check in time is strict. I arrived at 2:15 PM and was told there was a room ready however I would need to pay $35 to check in early. I was quite surprised about this as I've stayed at many hotels around that area and every single one does not have a problem with letting you check in early if your room happens to be ready. I would understand if I tried to check in at 10 AM to charge an early check in, but it was only 45 minutes early. I was very tired from my trip to get there so it would've been nice for them to let me in so I could rest instead of going back to my car and sitting in there for 45 minutes.
Still a convenient location to restaurants and Disney. Lobby area look nice, pool area look nice. However, the third floor elevator, you could not choose down, the carpet was very haggard, looking and had an odor and the same was noticed in my room the carpets were stained and had a slight odor however, the room was clean. The refrigerator in the room also had an odor.
