"Nice rooms and great location. Java, coffee cafe in the Swan, had friendly staff and quick service. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. $40/night for parking was a little too expensive. "

"The property was great. My only complaint is that after a certain time the stores on the property close. I woke at 3 in the morning with a migraine. I go down stairs and ask the front desk if there was anywhere that I can get something to drink and something for a headache because I was in serious pain. She said no and that the store wouldn’t be open until 7 in the morning and went back to doing what she was doing. No empathy or anything. I had to wait 4 hours in pain until the store...

"The room wasn’t serviced one day. We didn’t have clean towels or a clean room when we returned. The hallways smelled terrible like mold"

"You advertise a shuttle to Disney. You do not say it is very limited on the times, and there were no shuttle services to Disney in the morning. I selected your hotel because I thought it would provide a critical serivce since my husband is handicapped. Your hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. Katherine Nelson"

"The property was within 10-15 minutes of all parks. We rented the 3 bedroom and it was nice for everyone to have their own bedroom. Beach and lake views were nice, pool with hot tub , family friendly , spacious rooms etc . It was also very affordable . "

"Very clean. Helpful staff. Breakfast was more than sufficient. We didn’t use the pool but it was from 3’ to 5’ deep It appeared small but adequate. We used a washer and dryer - they seemed very new and worked great. Ana Dominguez was one of the front desk people. She’s friendly , helpful and fluent in English, Spanish and French … maybe more. "

"The bed was very comfortable. Slept great. The rooms are very outdated with tiny bathrooms. Towels very very small almost like a hand towel for your shower. Shower pressure was so minimal it took forever to take a shower. The handle on the shower was about to fall off. Paper thin toilet paper. No fans or overhead lights, just lamps. Very humid in the room. No umbrellas for a rainy day (most hotels have them). Housekeeping is minimal. They do give you two waters per day. Coffee cream is powder...
