"The room was clean but I would have liked a safe and sheer curtains it didn't feel private or secure. The staff were friendly but their energy i found wanting and not customer focused. Having said that Charlie and Makency were the exception and were very helpful to me. The bar was very badly looked after lots of tables not cleared quickly and very slow service. "This is a nice hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, it was fairly quiet, and had all the expected amenities (towels, hairdryer, iron, kettle etc). However, the shower didn't drain quickly enough for the amount of water coming through so it overflowed onto the bathroom floor very quickly. The room was also a bit smaller than expected for a deluxe room. Breakfast was nice, the bar was small but adequate. Overall, fine for a night's stay."

"The accommodation we had was a triple room with 3 single beds. It was a reasonable size and had a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels provided were very clean. The staff were polite and friendly and when any request was made they acted immediately or as soon as they could.
