"The check in process was confusing"

"The place was clean and the automated check worked fine. Our unit was on the third floor with the kitchen above that under a sloped ceiling. Bumped our heads a few times before got used to that. The neighborhood lacks local restaurants of interest so we ate while out visiting."

"Amazing stay! The host team was very helpful and great at communicating when i had issues with the check in form online and a personal item left after the stay. The check in process was super easy and relaxed as you just did everything at your own pace! Location was great, only a couple minute walk to the tube station that connected to all of london. Amazing shopping centre nearby and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was small but had everything we needed,...

"The ease of communication and being informed before our arrival and during our time was comforting. The staff was easily to get ahold of and attentive when we arrived. The unit was beautiful and provided excellent amenities. The areas is easily walkable, very safe and alot of nearby places to eat and access nearby for paid parking and including right in front for free. I highly would recommend this location and this hotel group."

"Apartment was clean and in a super convenient location, barely any noise at night despite being near a busy road, super easy contactless check-in which was great as we didn't arrive into London until about 11pm due to delayed trains, but it didn't feel like it was well equipped for 2 people - only had one bedside table and one chair in the living area so if we wanted to spend an evening in, then one of us had to sit on a dining chair or on the floor. The apartment was really really hot and...

"All good"

"It's down an alley with a dumpster, on the way get in. The women in our group didn't feel comfortable with the location after dark. The now usual no staff entry (or human presence) can be problematic, but it is a (very) budget hotel. Once inside, it was clean and pleasant. It's somewhere between a hotel and a hostel room -a place to sleep."

"This was my first time staying at Space Apart. I was mostly impressed. The studio apartment was large (especially for London!) Bathroom clean, kitchen adequate, bed comfortable. Two drawbacks -- one, the bed linen. Whilst it was clean, their "duvet" was woefully lacking. It was more like a stiff mattress pad. The entire thing moved as one -- it wasn't a fluffy, comfy, duvet that you could snuggle under. Having a fluffy duvet would make this room outstanding. Second thing -- no local TV....
