"The location of this flat was excellent for us. My family lives a mere half mile away so we were able to Lime bike/walk. It’s close to the following locations:- Waitrose and Tesco grocery stores (very short walk)- Richmond Park, beautiful walking/cycling, about .5 - .75 mile walk-Mortlake train station, it is a less than 10 min walk (quicker if you Lime bike), a 40 min train ride from there to Waterloo in the heart of LondonFlat has a lovely kitchen and we ate all breakfasts and some dinners...

"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"La ubicación es buena relación/precio muy cerca de las estaciones Kings Cross, Sn Pacras y Eauston. El museo británico también cerca. La estación de Russell ideal para moverte al centro y también hay rutas de buses que te llevan al centro sin tener que transbordar. El único tema es que las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y las ventanas abren muy poco (por seguridad) entonces en época de calor se sufre en especial si les da el sol directo. En el patio hay un PUB que suele estar concurrido y se escucha mucho ruido, aunque cierra temprano tienes que esperar entre 10-11pm a que haya silencio."

"The location is very good, with good access to London and restaurants and shops nearby. Compared to places I´ve stayed before, the rooms were larger and afforded us more freedom of movement and handling of our stuff. The staff was very accommodating as we had a late flight, they provided a late checkout and kept our suitcases for us so we could do more touristing before leaving."
