"The hotel parking was great and adjacent to the hotel, but we felt that the $15.00 per charges are not transparent when booking the accommodation. Loved our stay here. "

"Big shout out to amazing owners and the cleaners motel was so beautiful spotless it was so easy for us to do things where the shopping center is close by also since been staying there I was easy to go to the hospital to see a family member that not here with us Thankyou we will be coming back for another time "

"Loved our two night stay at The Pavillion. Ocean front view was amazing and property looked like photos. Secure car parking onsite, restaurant next door open breakfast, lunch and dinner made for a very safe and comfortable stay. Felt like home. "

"Nice Manager, Clean and Roomy. Apartment looking a bit tired. Beautiful Pool, Spa, bbq area with Tennis courts was great for family, handy to shops and food outlets."

"Weather was terrible but had an awesome view of the storm/ cyclone downgraded that hit. Children enjoyed the pool and facilities but because of weather was limited. Would definitely stay again"

"We had a great winter weekend here. The bach was comfortable, cosy and very peaceful - with gorgeous view over the lake. The gas fire warmed the whole place really quickly. Great to be in such a beautiful spot, and only a short drive from Rotorua. And really helpful, friendly communications from Carol. Thanks!"

"I stayed in winter with my dog and it was very warm and cosy, great kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and hot showers. It’s very quiet which was just what we wanted and my dog settled really well in her crate.Lovely garden area, which I’m sure would look amazing in spring and summer.Jerry was a welcoming host and we would definitely love to stay again."
