"Room was nice and clean. Shower hot water supply was not that great. Heat pump on 30 didnt heat the unit sufficiently. No extra heaters in the rooms so we bought our own to heat the our bedroom. Outdoor pool wasn't very warm. Private spa was only just warm considering we ran only hot water to fill tub. Tub was grubby, could feel the uncleanliness on the sides.
Good location, nice staff, nice facilities, just a couple of things let it down a bit."

"There was rubbish in the bin under the sink from previous guests. There was lipstick on a 'clean' face cloth.
The room had dust on furnishings. The whole place needs updating, was very tired looking.
Charging a $250 bond for 1 night was ridiculous!Do not recommend this accommodation and won't be staying again."
