"On the Expedia phone app, nowhere in the details did it mention that you had to supply your own bedding, so that was a surprise when we arrived. "The property was cozy, the staff was helpful, and accommodating. The rooms and areas were very cleaned and maintained well. Would love to stay here again. We enjoyed the lakeside hot tub as well that was very clean although the light there looks like it needs to be replaced. Would be a great spot for large groups as well."

"Comfortable beds, and a good location. Check in and out was easy. We had a room with a spa, but it was just an outdoor bath that looked like a spa, and it was all cracked and dated. Had to fill it ourselves on arrival. The door to the spa area also leaked alot with the rain we had during our stay.
If you are after a quiet stay, I would recommend an upstairs room as its quite noisy in the downstairs rooms.
Overall not a bad place to stay, but not sure if we will be back."

"One of the best places i have stayed in New Zealand!
Staff were amazing and very friendly.
The best mattress - a proper mattress- ive had during my trip. The mattress was soft enough, not like a board, a full sized queen (not two singles pushed together) and was lower to the ground.
Bathroom clean and tidy. Nice thick towels. The shortbread in the kitchenette was delightful.
Very close to local shops and cafes. Two doors down you have a range of food choices.
