"Perfect"

"Beautiful hotel!!! Clean, comfortable and well maintained! We were a group of 6 people which everyone enjoyed their stay. Highly recommended"

"Using coffee snd tea in evenings would be nice"

"Everything I expected. Just know it’s a 30 min walk to the main areas as a tourist. But if you don’t mind the walk, it’s great and other area to explore. But the fact there was a skating rink nearby made me feel extra Canadian"

"Very nice to have the front counter staffed, twenty four hours. Staff was very helpful. Location was very convenient to everything. Also a quiet location."

"Unfortunately the air conditioning system is programmed to go on/off so keeping your room constantly cool was to approach front desk and you then managed it yourself. Fridge unit was great. Dylan at front desk went over and above with service and made our stay delightful 😊. Recommended. Great location."

"None"

"Great location. Easy walk to downtown or the train station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Bar / restaurant was very nice. I would stay again in a minute!"

"This is an exceptional hotel with fabulous features. It is five minutes walk from the canal, windmill and nice canal-side restaurant, 15 mins walk to station or center of town. Staff are wonderful."

"The window wouldn’t close properly, so people were smoking drugs outside that we could smell. Who runs a Hotel next to a RAVE party? We couldn’t sleep at all ! The door kept slamming open and closed next to our room. We paid a lot of money and are very disappointed."

"A remarkable little gem of a hotel in Haarlem. The history of the building just adds to the charm and I really appreciated the history lesson while checking in. The original ceiling painting in the reception/breakfast area is beautiful. They’ve done a great job of modernizing the building while maintaining the charm. Do realize that you’re staying in an almost 400 year old building so there are some quirks with stairs but there is a lift to deal with most of those."

"Nice spot in freak location"

"The owners were absolutely amazing, they gave us a lot of useful information upon our arrival. Extremely helpful. They even made us a breakfast to go on our departure day as we had to leave very early in the morning. The breakfast was wonderful. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Also the location was great as well. Very close to bus stops and the train station."

"The room and location were greatMaybe a heads up about the number of stairs for those travelling with luggage Also it would be great if you had a couple of plates and cutlery in addition to the coffee cups and glasses, for when you want to eat something light in the room instead of going out"

"Our small group had the best time staying here. The apartment was lovely and the location was excellent. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to do, the big square and little playgrounds were fun for our six year old, and it was quiet at night. The personal touch and care that Martyn and his family have for their guests is second to none. Easy communication and his recommendations were all excellent. "

"We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time at this property. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, which made settling in easy. The location was convenient and made it simple to explore the area, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well cared for.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which we really appreciated. Everything we needed was provided, and it made for a relaxing, stress-free stay. The only small issue we ran into was that there...

"Logement très confortable pour 4 personnes, calme et lumineux, très bien situé dans le centre d’Haarlem avec une magnifique vue sur le canal. L’endroit est idéal pour profiter d’Haarlem tout en étant à 15 mn à pied de la gare pour rejoindre Amsterdam. Tout était bien organisé et conforme aux informations que nous avons reçues."
