"De familie Vogelzang was fantastisch! We hebben gegeten in de brasserie en ongekende service en vriendelijkheid ervaren. In alle opzichten gastvrij en klantgericht. Echt heel fijn en weinig meer gezien. Dus super!"

" The house was functional. There was no soap except for a tiny bottle to wash a dish or two and a small amount of dishwasher soap. There was about a third of a roll of toilet paper and no tissue. They didn’t provide any more toilet paper. There was only one working washing machine and two dryers for ten euros. WOW! We were told to remove the sheets and towels, take out the trash and sweep the floors before leaving. REALLY!"

"The property was just a few steps from the Sloterdijk Sprinter train and tram stations. The location is a 5-minute ride going to Amsterdam Centraal. The staff are very helpful and the buffet breakfast is always fresh and the staff are very mindful in refilling the food."

"Easy to get to / from Amsterdam, Haarlem, and the Zaans. Plenty of restaurants and grocery nearby. If laundry is needed nearest laundromat is a hike. Quiet location. Gym is small. Room was comfortable. We stayed here to be in a quiet location with easy transit to Amsterdam central for sightseeing and a reasonable cost. While we had no complaints, after visiting Haarlem, we would have preferred to stay there given similar ease of transit. Haarlem feels more like a small AMS."
