"We booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool. On arrival we found out it was out of order. There was also no water at all in any of the rooms or public areas on the day of our arrival so we couldn’t wash or use the toilet and the staff did not provide any updates despite confirming they would let us know when it was fixed. The room was dusty in places, the beds poor and certainly not a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was the only good part."

Das Zimmer verfügte über keine Klimaanlage oder Air Condition, es war so heiß es war unerträglich. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war gut. Trotzdem stelle ich mir unter einem vier Sterne Haus ein bisschen mehr Luxus vor. Die Bar wurde unprofessionell geführt. Alles in allem würde ich dort keinen Urlaub mehr verbringen."
