"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"Our corner room was dreamy. The natural light that filtered through the trees was everything. Walkable from train stations and close to shops, restaurants, cafes and the church tower. Amazing canals everywhere. Perfect spot for a visit to Utrecht."

"Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Location was poor, with lots of trash and homeless people next to the property. The inside was nicely maintained, but the outside was poor, with shrubbery not kept up and lots of trash not picked up. Location very near the train station was very helpful."
