"Great staff, tap in kitchen needs work, light switch in bathroom almost falling out, no bath plug,share room carpet need attention no exhaust fan in bathroom makes shaving problematic as the mirror is fogged up. These are all minor issues that can be easily remedied. The apartment was otherwise fantastic and the front line staff that we met are an asset to your organisation well done and thank you."

"Room didn't seem clean despite the smell of floor cleaner. Ants, live and dead, kept dropping on the bed from a non-working light socket above the bed. Had to move the bed to other part of the room to allow us to sleep. Resort was noisy, with a group in the picnic area below our room. For all these issues, we could not report any of these due to very limited hours over the weekend that the reception was open."

"Beach view excellent. No on-site breakfast facility. Arrangement with cafe next door. Policy to clean bedsheets only every 7 days! Room tariff should include car parking costs. Limited staff but friendly. Pool facilities excellent"
