"I stayed only for a short overnight before an early morning flight and found this hotel perfect for the cause. Very convenient transport to and from Gatwick by shuttle (4-5 pounds), and a bar and restaurant on site so there’s no need to go elsewhere. Staff is very friendly and efficient, room was quiet and comfortable."

"Beautiful building but lack of attention to detail. Upon arrival in spa, went to make a cup of hot tea and there was no sugar or stir sticks or spoons. Wanted to enjoy the hot tub before massage and it was like a barely warm bath plus the jets were spraying up at your face so you couldn’t sit without getting water in the face. "We stayed 1 night at this lovely, cozy and very spatious hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Not many people there, so we had lots of space. The bathrooms were well equipped (hair dryer and amenities which I loved). When leaving the pool, I passed by the bar which looked lively and fun. We had to check out because of the smell in our non smoking room that felt like smoking room,causing an asthma attack on my aunt.we booked 6 days, spent a night and They refused to refund. They were only interested in the money not your safety. They did not leave to expectation. Book at your own risk!!"
