"This was a nice place to stay for trip to the GSMNP with 2 children (age 5 and 9) The kitchenette was important for us to have for our longer trip and to reduce eating out. "Family had a blast and we made new friends from another state while visiting both parks. Room was clean and fresh. Amenities are awesome if you have kids. Pool area and slides is a must. Staff are amazing with all the activities to do. Our toddlers shut the dance party down. Definitely will be ours and friends stop to stay at every time we visit the parks."

"This is a great place. Whether relaxing, shopping or celebrating this place has it all! Walking distance to area attractions and if you don’t enjoy walking there is a trolley that will take you all over the area! The rooms are nice sized and some have balconies which is nice for unwinding in the evening. There is also a rooftop bar with a pool that overlooks the area. The actual “check in “ area where you do valet or unload is a little difficult to get to and the streets outside are one way...

"Need better housekeeping! The floors in the showers were nasty! We even changed rooms because of it and the second room was just as bad! There was no soap in the shower or bathroom. The AC was not very cold and the water really never got hot- just warm. We liked the hotel but it needs some attention! Also it is great that they are dog friendly but the dog park is on the back part of the parking lot and was pretty dark at night."

"My family enjoyed our stay here. Was happy that we could park in the lot before check in. It's a convenient short walk to the strip. We enjoyed the shaded patio next to the creek, the indoor pool section was just like the photos, and breakfast was good although you do have to pay for it. We had also eaten dinner there and the pizza and fried ravioli bites were delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. "Location is convenient to downtown. Able to walk to all the attractions and restaurants. Easy parking."

"Room is need of refresh, but location and rooms were nice size and wrap around deck with 6 chairs and table was used. Hot tub and indoor pool were nice. In room hot tub was powerful, and large master bath size was great. Parking is tight but covered. Did not like new owners time share push, but I don't want a part of. Not sure what might to rent here again with time share push. But this stay was OK."

"The chairs in the lobby needs to be replaced they are dirty and stinks.Our room needed some attention it needed the caulking replaced around the bath tub and the bathroom door is in bad shape.Didn’t use the pool or hot tub."
