"When having this listing on Expedia, it should clearly say that waterpark is not included with the resort. It’s very misleading. So you make reservations because you want to take your kids to a waterpark and turn around and have to spend additional money for waterpark tickets."

"We stayed in the second building across the street from the main building. There was a shuttle service to take your group between both locations. There was ample parking spaces.with the second location having a parking garage."

"Everything from arriving to not wanting to leave if that explains it. Family trip was very well enjoyed at this hotel. The kids loved the pool. Food was no issue lots of options around. Lots of stuff keep the family attractions not far from the hotel. And you get free and discounts just for staying there. Staff was one call away everytime. Cleaners was on every floor all day even around the pool area. The smell at in the room and hotel was refreshing. Breakfast was lots of options and hot fresh...

"Blankets smelled horrible, shower was broken and flooded the bathroom. It had obviously been broken for many years too because there was rotting wood and rusted out metal framing. The pool was fun, but the water was green and hazy. There’s no daily room service, and the breakfast wasn’t great. We planned for 4 days, and couldn’t make it past 1 before leaving for another hotel."

"We took a short family trip with two children ages 9 & 11. We stayed in a family suite with king bed and fold out sofa bed for the kids. The kids area was in a separate room with a tv for them. We all had our own privacy in the room. This trip was an amazing experience. I recommend checking out a schedule of events before you book.
