"When we got to the reception, we discover the two room we ordered with king size bed was not available. We made the reservation two hours before and got there at 10:30. Explanation didn’t make sense. What happened. One of the party receive a room that wasn’t cleaned, but then promptly will change to a clean room. Otherwise it was OK thank you"
