"The elevator doesn’t work at this hotel. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The stairs are just cement stairs so a bit unsafe looking. The main 1st floor guest bathroom all stalls were out of toilet paper and when mentioned they said it’s been out for over a week. The rooms were semi clean, but had a stale smell and were run down. "The room has a damp mold smell when walking. I asked to change the different room and Corina the front desk gave me a hard time and had a bad attitude. The changed room had a broken hair dryer, I asked Corina again to send someone ro fix but never heard back. I ended up with the wet hair for the night with 40 degree outside. The next day I had a cold caused of wet hair. I planned to stay 3 nights but ended up to check out 1 night early because of poor staff and poor condition room. The...

"Nothing stood out on the positive side. I guess the bed was comfortable. The tub/shower had signs of mold and or mildew in corners. The was no fan switch, so I am guessing the cold-air return was the vent in the ceiling of the bathroom. It was very dirty. The wall behind the bathroom door was dented from the lock button on the door handle. It had been repaired before, but they didn't bother to put in a door stop to keep it from happening again .... The flooring in the hotel room was hard...

"Room was clean but not stocked. Stove, microwave, refrigerator etc but no dishes, silverware,pans etc. Thin walls, hard to sleep with the loud talking and noise from nearby rooms tv's. Lacking a comfortable breakfast room, only 3 very tall tables. Nothing offered but coffee and the coffee was out one morning. I would suggest the Hampton Inn."

"Love the place staff Kimberly and Mel did a super job I love them they are so great!! God bless them. Room was amazing accepting dogs great view and super comfy bed and pillows. The car park was not so good as you had to pay which was ridiculous. Other than that it was amazing I highly recommend kindship landing! God bless them all"
