"The room itself was very nice and well put together! AC kept us cool all night, the view was nice, and there was ample space. The only problems we had was the shower was very dirty (combination of stains, hair, marks), the towels had numerous stains in them, and services were not easily accessible after hours."

"Before checking in for our two night stay we asked if the hot tub was working. We were told yes so we checked in. 30 minutes later we found that it was not working. We were going to check out the next day and go somewhere else but were told that it would be working in a couple hours. We stayed. It was not working for the second day. "Breakfast was good with several hot options, hard to keep everything stocked, but staff tried. It is not the cheapest hotel, so I was surprised to pay $21 a night for onsite parking. Room was spacious and good water pressure in the shower. Wish AC was stronger, it never got below 72 even though we had it on high the entire time."

"Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe."

"This hotel was the most run down ghetto hotel. The bedding on the bed contained so many cigarette burn stains. The rooms were missing tvs and refrigerators. They pictures what they show and what you actually walk into is deceiving. Definitely false advertisement.Do not recommend I do not recommend I do not recommend. The amount they were charging for this room per night.It should have been -0.00 her night and I still will not stay there.If it was free, do not recommend."

"Check in took a very long time, and the staff member gave the impression something was wrong with the reservation and left the room. The room was not very clean and was not
in good repair. This was not a safe area with many questionable people hanging around after dark. There was lots of noise in the room above us every night between 9 pm and 2 am. At first we thought it was furniture moving, but then decided it was dogs playing with toys and barking."
