"When we arrived at the hotel, there was a sign on the door that there was not an elevator. When I asked to be placed on the 1st floor due to my illness they said they had no room available and that I had booked with Expedia, therefore I was placed on the second floor. My oxygen levels were very low and we had to leave our suit cases in the car and walk up to the room with our clothes for the next day and toiletries. "If you love the smell of cigarette smoke, you'll love this place. And when we messaged the proprietors early the first morning to request a refund (the smell was that unbearable), they claimed, falsely, that they'd never heard from us. Never did get our money back for that first night. Steer clear!"
