"Its a quite beautiful place to be."

"Our 4 day stay at the Riverwalk Plaza. Clerk Service good. Pool supposed to be open at 9 AM didn’t open till 930 and had no towels and trash cans were still overflowing. Room. Water pressure low but adequate. Bathroom sink is not secured to the wall. Turning on the hot or cold water is so tough to accomplish. It moves the whole sink away from the wall. No microwave. Coffee maker, pushing the button to turn it on turned the whole assembly over spilling water. TV, remote controls were challenging....

"This historic Texas Hotel is beautiful! We did some exploring, so many beautiful painting, antique furniture, beautiful Chandeliers, and more.... The Pool was very nice, plenty of room to play or lay out, Rooms were clean and roomy, the balcony over the pool was great! Highly recommend to those who like the Texas history and enjoy exploring!! Close to the riverwalk and the Alamo, too!"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Hotel Contessa. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. We were in town for the NBA Finals. The free shuttle provided by the hotel to and from the game made for a smooth experience and our driver went above and beyond and was so friendly and helpful."

"Place was clean and staff was accommodating. Riverwalk was a 5 minute walk and the Alamo just a couple of block away. They charge for parking but there is plenty of street parking and it’s pretty safe. The one thing they can improve on is breakfast but it can get you by. Coffee was great"
