"The location was very convenient, close to a shopping mall and bus transport. It also had a very lovely lake view. The unit, however, was rather tired and needs an upgrade with very old fixtures and fittings."

"Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing, particularly because of the way requests and expectations were handled. Two weeks before our stay, I contacted Q1 specifically requesting a high-floor room and was told the request had been attached to our booking. However, at check-in there appeared to be no record of it and we were initially allocated Level 16. After raising it again, we were eventually moved to Level 28. We were also told we had been “upgraded” to a two-bedroom family room....

"Great stay, the reception staff were amazing. Room was super spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. Didn’t notice much noise from outside which was great. I didn’t realise each tower has its own pool and one of the pools shown on the listing we didn’t get to use which was a shame and a tad misleading. Overall I would stay back at peppers."

"Room was clean as advertised. Car parking fantastic. Glad had car as area at night felt a bit uncomfortable. Check in process was not explained, had to make phone calls as no one at desk when advised should be during hours, numerous phone calls, wasn’t ideal."

"The apartment was spacious and very clean. Pool area was fantastic. The location was fantastic and super close to beach and shops/restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."
