Ideal central location—About 20 min to Denver, Red Rocks, Boulder or Golden & Just 3 miles to Olde Town Arvada where you can enjoy fantastic dining, shops, & access the Light Rail, allowing quick, easy transport to Downtown Denver. Also easy access to I-70 for all mountain adventures!

Relax with family and friends in this beautiful, unique home while enjoying: 2 indoor fireplaces, a 6-8 person hot tub, outdoor dining area with grill, outdoor fire pit, massive fenced in back yard, 2 full kitchens, 2 washers and dryers, Foosball and ping-pong tables, and more!

All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, premium linens, and closets with hangers

Unwind in this super cozy space with a 65" Smart TV that allows for unlimited streaming for any of your favorite services. The gas fireplace adds amazing warmth and ambiance!

DINING ROOM
Extra large table with 8 chairs and room to pull more chairs from the breakfast nook which has an additional 4 chairs.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, sets of plates, bowls, silverware, and glassware for up to 12 guests, spices, and drip coffee maker. Tea and ground coffee provided to get you through your first morning.

OFFICE
Just off the living room, contains a desk for a workable space and the fastest WiFi speed!

FAMILY ROOM (Downstairs)
Enjoy a foosball table and a new/vintage style popcorn maker, perfect for snuggling up on the super comfy sectional to watch your favorite movie on the 55" Smart TV while the wood burning fireplace crackles in the background.

BONUS KITCHEN (Downstairs)
There is a 5 cup coffee maker and a fully functional kitchen however please note all cookware is in upstairs kitchen.

You can park in the driveway or on the street. You have access to the entire house and backyard. There is a locked closet with the owners belongings in the upstairs laundry room.

Please let us know if you are traveling with small children and we can provide a travel crib as well as baby gates for the stairs if needed.

Pets are allowed for an additional pet fee.

Please note there is no smoking of any kind allowed on the premises.

A lot of entertainment for all ages! Hot tub worked great. Extra touches like a welcome snack basket, beautifully decorated, well thought renovated older home that provided separate spaces for large groups

Great home in a quiet neighborhood for our friends and family to enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration. The location is convenient to charming downtown Arvada with its great restaurants and cute local shops. It is even more convenient to several grocery stores, Walgreens and liquor store. The home was clean and the snacks and supplies were much appreciated, as was the large fenced in yard for our grand pup.

Lots of Space and Amenities, Wonderful Hosts

We had a great stay at this property. The home is older but beautifully decorated and comfortable, with plenty of amenities and room for a large group. The owners were awesome, super helpful and incredibly responsive any time we had a question.The photos are a bit nicer than the home appears in person. The only issues we ran into were the upstairs bathroom shower backing up and quite a few bugs downstairs, which led to the kids sleeping upstairs for two nights. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly appreciated how welcoming and accommodating the owners were!

We spent 5 nights at Lauran's vacation house and had a wonderful stay. The home is in a lovely neighborhood that's perfect for walks, and the location is very convenient for exploring different attractions in Colorado. The beautiful views and nearby activities made our trip even more enjoyable. A highlight for the kids was the backyard rabbit house—they loved spotting rabbits every day. Overall, it was a great place for a family vacation.

Red Rocks Concert

The host left us a snack basket with a personalized lovely welcome card. We weren’t there long, but the outdoor spaces were relaxing and the beds were clean and comfortable. The home had lots of space and felt like a home away from home.

Colorado Graduation trip

We had family members ranging from 18 up to 80 years on this trip. The hosts were awesome and responded to queries with in few minutes. The amenities are plenty and we used the porch, fireplace and hot tub frequently. The only suggestion for improvement would be for a powder room. Over-all the location and surrounding options are perfect.

Great overall stay

We really enjoyed this home. There are lots of rooms for everyone to spread out and have there own space. There are also great space to come together. We hing out by the fire, on the outside patio table, at the dinning table in the living room and watched a movie in the basement living room. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and watching the neighborhood bunnies running around the yard! The outside yard games were fun too. Would recommend this stay.

Husband's 50th birthday celebration

We had friends come in from out of town and needed a bigger place so we decided to stay here. The house was beautiful everything was comfortable and clean and soft. There was enough room for everyone to relax. They were quiet places if you needed to get away. The house was overall absolutely fantastic
