"Staff were really lovely and looked after us well. They helped us move rooms when the people next door were smoking in the room (against the hotel rules) and even gave us a free upgrade. Rooms were comfortable, with large TV and hairdryer and all the toiletries you would expect. We enjoyed the little robot who delivered takeaways to the rooms!"

"Would be the worst 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in. Staff disinterested from arrival to departure. Rooms are small, old and desperately in need of renovation as well as are the public areas and F&B outlets. International hotel companies will have endless standards and policies & procedures as well as detailed audits by their HQ and mystery guest audits etc - hard to believe not deflagged from the network. Then surprised to see the actual hotel GM is also the MO Area VP Ops for China."

"The hotel is more than 20 km (not 7.8 km as described, at least not at the moment) away from the airport and the commute between the airport and the hotel takes 30 min. The staff and the shuttle bus driver are great. For overnight stay waiting for next day flight, it’s not a bad option in term of price. "
