"The location is great - only a few blocks from the Bund and walking district. The customer services are above and beyond. I was taken care of by the great staff, including a food delivery services, when I got to the hotel late at night. The manager even provided stain remover! Overall I was very satisfied by their great services"

"外觀翻修的非常現代風，地點非常的方便，房間內部，大廳，以及公共空間都感受得到是非常古老（過氣）的設計，因為是家老飯店吧。但是小弟在開夜燈出一定是非常的高級。不過他的一切維持的相當好，讓人有一種刻意營造出懷舊的設計裝潢。不太會感受到飯店的老舊。服務各方面也都具有五星級的水準。"

"今次入住花間堂非常滿意，如果由浦東機場航厦坐地鐵往2号線至陸家嘴再轉14号線程豫園地鐵站7号出口，到咗地面過馬路左轉直行見到小店"小楊生煎"外買店對面，要過馬路直行便到，非常接近地下鐵，隔離便是豫園和周邊很多小吃店，行街，晚餐，消夜全部齊全。酒店房間面積很大，Mini Bar 內飲品免費提供1次，若要多一set就要付費，這個超贊。酒店又近外灘，步行數分鐘便到達，十分方便。下次去上海都會再入住。"
