Luz natural con una sensación acogedora. Ubicado entre el área de Lower-Greenville / M-Streets. Convenientemente cerca del centro de Dallas y del campus de SMU. Duerme cómodamente 4-5 invitados. Cerca de nuevos restaurantes, tiendas, bares y parques de moda.

Apartamento de un dormitorio de diseño local. Cama Queen de felpa, sala de estar espaciosa amueblada con un sofá cama, cocina y baño completamente equipados. Ropa de cama siempre fresca.

We were in town for a birthday in the M streets. It was a perfect location and just down the street from Lowest Greenville with lots of fun restaurants. I would highly recommend! Clean, quiet and nicely decorated. .

No working toilet

The stay started off well with a very communicative host when we had a problem getting into the door that was our own fault.The place is small, old, creaky, but we knew what to expect.Great neighborhood and location.On arrival the toilet water was running-my radar went up that given the older building and pipes this toilet may give us problems.Well,it didn’t want to flush properly and clogged immediately.We let the host know that we would be out all day so they could fix the problem that was clogging the toilet. They sent a spouse to unclog the toilet but it did NOT resolve the issue.When we arrived to the apartment after it was “fixed” the water was still running and on the FIRST flush it clogged again.I contacted the host who said they would send a maintenance person the next day.I didn’t hear from anyone, no one showed up. So at that point we had gone 2.5 days without a toilet for my family of 4 and I’m 6m pregnant. We ended up leaving and staying with a friend at this point. After contacting the hosts they became less responsive and did not correct the situation in any way.They ended up apologizing, I requested at least a partial refund and was told I would get one but never did.The responses became automated. Having a functioning toilet is a BASIC need. We were accommodating and even spent more time out to use public restrooms as much as possible. The service was terrible and I would not recommend staying here or at any one of these hosts properties again.

Great for our needs

Perfect location. Charming & quiet neighborhood (esp at night). Apt could use updating. Chairs in LR were terribly uncomfortable. All other furniture was fine. Plenty of needed supplies. Mgmt was quick in replacing faucet when reported. No info on accessing apt until the day of arrival during flight. Once info received, no problems with entry. Parking available on property each day we were there. .

Multiple Rental units Codes Same

*I wasn’t a fan I was provided instructions 1 hour before check in time - I accidentally went to wrong unit numerically as I was opposite next number I assumed they were sequential and there wa as wreath on door blocking number . Turns out I unlocked suite to someone else’s unit ???? Yes I walked into another renters / persons unit and let myself in as it turns out all units and codes are the same . This is an apartment building a duplex with I believe 8 units .. As a solo traveller - and a woman instantly turned off of lack of security and personal safety concerns for guests . I booked into a local hotel for the days I rented and for fitted my pre paid rental :( No one followed up with me . No note or greeting , no good bye or check out message remotely asking if your ok or how your stay was ? This is a business - without “any customer service” and or personal care save your money and get a hotel . To me the pictures were generous . Unit dated , carpets tired and unclean . Beds mattress on metal frame . Hot upper level unit with window ac’s which were off so check in was HOT and uncomfortable. Terribly disappointed and frankly scared to stay . If I can access another persons unit that likely means the units don’t change codes and previous guests can access and in essence your in harms way. Really wish people can consider the health and safety of guests above all else . This isn’t ok

A little different than anticipated

The property manager was VERY accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and provided all the necessities. The location was convenient to where we needed to be. After spending three nights there, I have to say, it met our needs but on the first night we were a little surprised. The pictures make the rooms look very fresh and airy but it doesn’t quite live up to that expectation at first entry. The only cleaning concern we had was the couch which could use some attention. I went back and read the property description and other reviews. The property was as described and other renters loved it. I certainly wouldn’t advise against renting this apartment.

loved the decor. Plenty of cookware/dishes in kitchen. Plenty of supplies. Washer/dryer coin operated. Close to everything including a park in walking distance. Downtown close Plenty of restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

A very comfortable stay during a uncomfortable time!

This rental was by far one of the best places I think I’ve ever stayed during a vacation! The house is very comforting cozy and cute I just enjoyed the fireplace it gave so much just as due to the fact that I’ve decided to travel during a time where Texas was having a bad storm even though I couldn’t do too much I’ve never enjoyed being inside so much the hosts were great and answered any question I may have had the neighbors are friendly not to mention the property is only minutes away from convenience Most definitely will be staying here again the next time I vacay out to Dallas!!!

Quiet Retreat

This is a very cute, and quiet rental. With close access to everything. The community was great! We loved the fireplace for warmth. I’m sure they will be adding wi-fi connection soon. I just used my hot spot. Would definitely stay again!

Great neighborhood!

It was my first time in Dallas, and I was so happy that we chose to stay in Lower Greenville. Although I had to spend most of my time working, staying in Lower Greenville gave me a much better sense of the community than if I'd stayed in a chain hotel next to box stores. If you like tree lined streets with sidewalks, cute homes, and fun local shops and restaurants, then this is a great place to stay! As can be expected in a neighborhood like this, the unit is a little older but well kept and with plenty of charm. I'm not sure if it says it in the description, but it is on the second floor. It was still easily accessible for my husband, toddler, and me. I would definitely stay here again.
