"Memoir is a strange blend of residential property and hotel. Its association with the Common House adjoining is not very clear, although this is a great asset to the property (note that common house closes at 5pm on a Sunday, so if you’re staying on a Sunday night this is no use to you). "We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our 3 dogs. And it was quick and easy to get to Audubon Park and City Park to take them for nice long walks. Also quick to get to the French Quarter and other areas. The kitchen is very nice which we used mostly just for breakfast every day as we ate out at great restaurants for lunch and dinner. Overall it was a great experience!"

"The property itself was fine, had sufficient space inside & was convenient for my family while visiting NOLA. The biggest issue was the code to the room not working upon arrival. I had 4 young children with me in a very unfamiliar place. We had been traveling all day, and had to wait for customer service for over an hour. No accommodation, refund or apology was offered, and it was too late to fimd another room for a family of 6. I'm not too confident I would book this property again."
