Three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a chef's kitchen in the heart of the Lower Garden District - this fully renovated New Orleans home gives your group room to breathe, cook, and settle in like locals. Character runs through every corner, from the exposed ceiling beams to the private entrance that makes arrivals feel effortless.
Living space
The exposed-beam living room pulls the group together naturally - a 50" HDTV loaded with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and Netflix makes it easy to wind down after a day out. Central air conditioning and central heating keep things comfortable year-round, and the ceiling fan adds a classic New Orleans touch. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with a private door mean remote workers won't miss a beat either.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms provide a comfortable setup for up to six guests. Each room is dressed with cotton linens, room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage so everyone can settle in properly. With 2.5 bathrooms across the home, mornings stay manageable even for larger groups.
Kitchen & dining
The chef's kitchen is built for real cooking. You'll find a Frigidaire refrigerator, Frigidaire electric stove, Frigidaire single oven, microwave, and dishwasher - plus cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a baking sheet, toaster, and a drip coffee maker with coffee provided to start your mornings right. Pull up a chair at the dining table and make it a proper meal in.
Bathroom
Two and a half bathrooms are stocked with the essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hot water, a hair dryer, and cleaning products on hand. The full bathrooms include a bathtub - a rare comfort that makes the space feel genuinely at-home.
Family-friendly extras
Traveling with little ones? A pack 'n play/travel crib (sheets provided) and a folding or convertible high chair with food tray are both available upon request. Babysitter recommendations can also be arranged, so parents can carve out an evening for themselves.
Practicalities
In-unit washer and dryer, an iron, a safe, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and exterior security cameras all come standard. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival simple, and free street parking means no scrambling for a spot. The home is single-level with no stairs - easy access for everyone. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, and cleaning services are available during your stay.

Magazine Street's boutiques, cafés, and restaurants are steps from the front door, with Annunciation Square just around the corner for a morning stretch.
