    This 3 bed/2 bath home will ensure a cozy stay and is a short drive to the French Quarter. This private home sleeps 6 guests and offers everything you need to stay comfortably and live like a local. The apartment blends modern art and extremely comfortable furniture. Minutes away from local coffee shops, bars, boutiques, and public transit--you have unbeatable access to the lively city of New Orleans.

    The Space:

    Your home quarters share a huge backyard terrace with the neighboring units. Just 5 minutes east of Oretha Castle Haley Blvd and 10 minutes from the French Quarter you have easy access to all nearby attractions.



    The home is fully furnished and decorated with curated antiques and art, along with top of the line equipment and modern luxuries.



    Your plush down comforters and memory foam pillows will ensure a good night’s sleep, leaving you rejuvenated and ready to explore all what New Orleans has to offer.



    Primp and pamper before the day with our complementary bath products and hair dryers. Fresh linens and toiletries are provided for each guest.



    With high speed internet and 2 smart LCD TVs, everyone can share their adventures, catch up on work, and binge watch all at once.



    Guest Access:

    The guests will enjoy the entire place exclusively for themselves. Keyless entry with backdoor access.



    The Neighborhood:

    This historic neighborhood is where several famous jazz musicians got their start as well as being the birthplace of monumental moments in civil rights history such as where Martin Luther King Jr.’s Southern Christian Leadership conference was founded.

    The main strip, Oretha Castle Haley Blvd, offers many unpretentious shops and restaurants to pop in and out of. Major nearby attractions include Martin Luther King Jr. statue, the Southern Food and Beverage Museum, Ashe Cultural Arts Center and live music at the New Orleans Jazz Market.



    Getting Around:

    The closest bus stop is a short walk to Loyola at Seventh Street.

    Taxis and ride shares such as Uber and Lyft, also operate heavily in the area.

    For those traveling by car parking in front of the house is readily available.

    Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is just a 20 minute drive.



    Other Things to Note:

    Terrific for family gatherings, or to come and visit NOLA for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, etc.

The property is really well maintained and very welcoming. Communication was perfect. We enjoyed our stay here and will return to this place when we are back in NOLA.

Parking is confusing but if you just trust and follow the host instructions, you will be fine. The place was clean and and as hot as it was outside, the house stayed super cool. Great value overall.

My friend and I loved this place for our girls’ getaway. This property is thoughtfully put together and feels cozy but with plenty of space. It had everything we needed, plenty of clean towels, really comfy beds and bedding, and ideal location for getting out and about. No problems with street parking in front. We’d definitely stay here again

The price and cleanliness was good but no parking was available in front of the house and someone was running around upstairs for a while starting at 3 am. So my sleep was constantly disturbed

The property was clean, kitchen equipped with essentials & bedrooms & bathrooms were very nice. The living room needs black out curtains to keep the flare out of the TV. The walls are so thin. We could hear everything going on next door & above us. Especially the baby crying, dogs barking, children running & stomping the floors above us. Not stay there again.

We had a great stay! The home was not too far away from all the festivities we had planned. The house was very cozy and clean. We had a group of 6 adults and we all fit perfectly! I would recommend this place to the next guest.

The stay was very nice! We didn’t realize the layout of the house, as it’s one long hallway that flows through each bedroom. I found it fun, but consider it if you’re a group that needs privacy. The stay was very close to a few different bus stops and street car stops, which made traveling around the city very accessible! Overall, a great stay!

It was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only true complaint was the neighbours upstairs were up at all hours of the night thumping across the floor with shoes that were really loud. Nothing to do with the actual rental itself. A tiny bit of starter coffee would have added to the experience. Overall, I would book it again.

It was my first time in New Orleans and I only got to spend one night. This was the perfect spot. A quick Uber ride from EVERYTHING. The place was very comfortable and looks exactly like the pictures.

My teenage kids and I took a quick trip to NOLA. This condo offered a well-located place to crash once we finished our shopping and sightseeing around town. It had an easy check-in process and comfortable accommodations.

This property is on a busy main road.The walls are very thin, and there was a lot of noise from the neighbors.The property was clean and well appointed. It is a bit darker than the photos make out.

Property was largely as described. We thought it listed a washer/dryer but didn’t see one on property. The location was great for being close to downtown NOLA. Nice room arrangement for a family of five, especially with two bathrooms. Very clean and tidy. Kitchen was one of the most well stocked we have had in a VRBO. The only downside was that there were bad temporary guests upstairs, which made for an unpleasant night, but the owner was very helpful and quick to sort it out. Would definitely still recommend, especially for families.
