"Renovated Aparthotel in the former private palace of the Doge of Venice. Very large rooms, very clean and modern design furniture. Very friendly staff. Good situated (5 min to Accedmia bridge and waterbus; 12 min walk to Marcus place."

"Reception guy is very nice. We were very late like we reached 12:30 but they r nice and they helped us. It was neat and clean but there was no towels but they already told us abt the towels so we bring ours. Otherwise everything was great. 1st night there was no neighbour and it was quiet but the 2nd day 1 family came they bother us a lot."

"The people on the reception were very friendly and competent. Prices at the bar were totaly ok. Our apartment in the castle was big and comfortable. Animations for the kids were every evening and the Animators did a good job. On saturday evening there was a band, who played Songs od the 80's. It was cool! All in all a well-organized host."

"Was perfectly located. Only issue which I think is common in Venice is no elevator. "

"We had an amazing start in the apartments!! Communication was exceptional and we even received a welcome gift of a complimentary drink at the hotel nearby. The location was perfect!! Close enough to the “big” attractions but far enough away to experience non-touristy areas too. "

"Absolutely lovely property! The owners were phenomenal, highly communicative, catered to our needs/requests, ensured our comfort, and went above and beyond our expectations. The area had numerous shops and restaurants, while still remaining quiet and private. We asked for local restaurant recommendations and every single recommendation resulted in a fantastic, authentic dining experience. Any request was met with an immediate response. Customer service was superb. This property is truly VIP. "

"Nous avons passé un sejour exceptionnel dans ce logement ! Très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien. Un vrai havre de paix familial, un salon cocooning que nous avons apprecié lors de nos soirées familiales.Contrairement aux précédents commentaires notés, la literie etait trés confortable ! Et apprécié de tous ! Nous avons très bien dormi.La buanderie un plus ! Une cuisine tres fonctionnelle. Appartement tout simplement incroyable !Le supermarché juste en bas, un réel atout.Et toutes les boutiques...

"The host was excellent from the moment that we first made contact until the day we left. She responded to inquiries very quickly and even met us at the train station when we arrived on the first evening, to lead us back to the flat and then to a nearby restaurant for a meal. The neighbourhood is really delightful, and nearby Campo San Barnaba has nice cafes and a gondola station. Nothing was very far away and it was a great apartment in a perfect location. I'll stay again. No complaints. "

"Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal im Mosella Suite Hotel. Diesen Urlaub zum ersten Mal mit Kind. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Insbesondere das Personal ist so freundlich. Wir lieben diesen Ort und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder :)"
