"Ich war 4 Tage alleine im Hotel. Alle waren super nett und freundlich. Auch abends bei meiner Ankunft war alles vorbereitet und es gab einen sehr herzlichen Empfang. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone, daher ist die U-Bahn nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, ebenso der Hafen. Ich komme gerne wieder. "

The only issue is that the doors to the shower and the toilet are frosted glass that are not fully frosted and the toilet door is not sealed. Also, there is a corkage fee to have drinks in the room. It's not much but seems unreasonable to charge guests for a bucket of ice and wine glasses. Nice location on a pedestrian street. Secure property with 24/7 front desk staff."

"The hotel is difficult to reach from a main road and one must walk up a very steep incline to reach the hotel which is poorly marked. No reception with difficulty in obtaining the entry codes. Then we were place at the very top room which had a very tight winding stairs without a handrail and was extremely difficult to lug a suitcase up. "Sadly this hotel did not meet expectations - especially seeing all the positive reviews… The walls are very thin, so we didn’t manage to sleep very well between noise from other rooms, hotel cleaning staff, and the morning bin run. We had to ask three times to have a large cob web removed from the window shutter. My husband also had a white T shirt go missing (we assume he left it on the bed, and it was thrown in with the sheets). These things happen - but altogether it just didn’t feel like...
