"The property is beautiful no doubt about that, with stunning views since it sits pretty high up ( maybe on one of the highest points) in a residential neighborhood. Therefore it is quite far away by foot from restaurants, shops, beach etc. It only makes sense if you have a rental car. We, unfortunately stayed in a room (Pearl)on the first floor that resembled more a cell than a hotel room with two twin!!!! beds, one chair with a small round table that was too small to put a computer up and...

"A entire week stay long, never had turn down service, daily cleaning service was poor and toilet amenities were not repositionned. The acondicioner was never replaced. I requested more towels, never came. Security lockers in both doors in the room and balcony were brocken. Bed linen first night was not fresh ... Really looked usted. Although I complaint never had turn down service or better assistance. Ineficient staff, poor cleaning and horrible food and NO service. All is extremely expensive...

It has a charming beach front with trees. You are away from the congested traffic, 11 minutes south from the airport and close to other beaches in the area. "The hotel is in a good location outside of the downtown area hotels. I would suggest if staying here renting a car would be very helpful and convenient if you do not like to walk. My family and I walked for about 10 minutes from the hotel to the main road to catch the bus #10 that drives up and down W Bay St for about $2 per ride.
